Introducing Catering & Banquet Manager Deborah Kelly. She will bring your special event to life, assisting in menu design, decor, vendor selection and all details necessary to create a beautiful, memorable party. After many years in the “off-site” catering business on Cape Cod (Massachusetts). Deborah and her husband Bernard re-located to Tucson in 2003 to enjoy the sun, people, art and cuisine of the area. Deborah resumed her catering career at Carte Blanche (located at the Tucson Museum of Art) and joined Hotel Congress in 2006. She is “all about the food,” taking delight in designing a menu to fit the occasion and please both the palate and budget. A client recently wrote: “The special “hats off” award goes to Deborah Kelly. Her attention to detail, willingness to make this (event) work at all levels and lovely charm brought this project from the idea phase to a well executed event where both our suppliers and customers were wowed!“
