From its 1985 inception as a once-weekly showcase for downtown Tucson’s creative community, to its current status as “one of the ten best rock clubs in the United States,” Club Congress has continuously striven to be a catalyst for art. In addition to our emphasis on showcasing music’s cutting edge, The CC has earned repeated accolades as the city’s best dance club. All this takes place within a lush socio-historic context. The Tap Room, attached to Club Congress, has been a favorite watering hole since the 19th Amendment was passed.
